Stel­la Neu­ho­fen is a seni­or pro­ject mana­ger and joi­n­ed TUM Inter­na­tio­nal GmbH in 2019.
She is the pro­ject mana­ger of the fema­le men­to­rING pro­gram at the Tech­ni­cal Uni­ver­si­ty of Munich — the oldest and one of the most suc­cessful men­to­ring pro­grams at TUM. Stel­la works clo­se­ly with par­ti­ci­pa­ting part­ner com­pa­nies from the grea­ter Munich area to increase the pro­por­ti­on of women in tech­no­lo­gy pro­fes­si­ons.

Stel­la also play­ed a lea­ding role in deve­lo­ping the TUMint Stu­dent Relo­ca­ti­on Ser­vice. She also super­vi­sed the col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with the TUMint coope­ra­ti­on part­ner ZD Auto­mo­ti­ve GmbH from Ingol­stadt and its Ger­man-Chi­ne­se incu­ba­tor ZD Uni Inn­o­park.

TUM Inter­na­tio­nal GmbH is the orga­niza­tio­nal unit of the coope­ra­ti­on bet­ween Evo­nik Indus­tries AG and the Tech­ni­cal Uni­ver­si­ty of Munich. As pro­ject mana­ger, Stel­la acts as a media­tor and cont­act per­son bet­ween Evo­nik Indus­tries AG and pro­fes­sors, sci­en­tists, high poten­ti­als and pro­mi­sing start-ups of the Tech­ni­cal Uni­ver­si­ty of Munich in all pro­ject pha­ses.

Mar­ke­ting pro­jects, social media and main­tai­ning the TUMint web­site are also part of her area of respon­si­bi­li­ty.

As a gra­dua­te geo­grapher and trai­ned adver­ti­sing mana­ger (IHK), her pro­fes­sio­nal focus was pre­vious­ly in the field of for­eign trade and loca­ti­on mar­ke­ting. She work­ed for seven years for the Hes­si­an busi­ness deve­lo­p­ment agen­cy of the Hes­sen Trade & Invest (HTAI) in the field of for­eign trade and inter­na­tio­nal loca­ti­on mar­ke­ting. Her tasks were inves­tor sup­port, dele­ga­ti­on trips and for­eign trade fairs in clo­se coope­ra­ti­on with local part­ners such as minis­tries, AHK , GTAI, embas­sies and con­su­la­tes gene­ral.

Fur­ther­mo­re Stel­la has work­ed for the Bau­haus Luft­fahrt e.V., deve­lo­ped an image film, pushed ahead with the show­room rede­sign and orga­ni­zed the company’s exhi­bi­ti­on stand at the ILA 2018 (Inno­va­ti­on & Lea­der­ship in Aero­space) in Ber­lin.

Befo­re joi­ning TUMint, she was with the TUM School of Manage­ment in the
Exe­cu­ti­ve Edu­ca­ti­on Cen­ter
for the pre­pa­ra­ti­on and fol­low-up of modu­les of the Exe­cu­ti­ve MBA pro­grams and events of the Exe­cu­ti­ve Edu­ca­ti­on Cen­ter respon­si­ble.
