The Cork Harbour Economy displays site- and geolocation specific advantages which shall be unlocked through an international investment strategy. The focus will be on local and multinational corporations and SMEs as well as world-leading clusters and future key-enabling technologies.
Development of real estate and supply infrastructure for industrial and residential use will help Cork County Council to meet growth targets by 2040. TUM International was the key contractor to elaborate the Growth Strategy and a corresponding action plan by an activating approach of “Ecosystem Development”.
