Participants of the TUM mentorING program had the opportunity for a job application simulation on 29th of April 2022. As every year, the participating female students were able to practice a real job interview and receive professional feedback from HR staff from the partner companies.

In the plenary session in the afternoon, the companies then presented their current application process. The students had the opportunity to ask all different kind of questions about the application process.

The mentorING program has existed since 2002, making it the oldest and one of the most successful mentoring programs at Technical University of Munich (TUM). It supports female students with the orientation on the labor market as well as personal and professional development.
