Since 2015, TUM International has operated the Center of Technology and Knowledge Transfer (CTKT), a program that creates and optimizes synergies between Evonik Operations GmbH and the Technical University of Munich.

The CTKT acts as a neutral mediator between Evonik on the one hand and professors, scientists, high potentials and start-ups at the Technical University of Munich on the other.

In addition to employer branding and talent management, its core tasks include the continuous evaluation of cooperation needs, the exchange of technologies and ideas, the mediation and monitoring of joint research projects, and access to the Munich startup ecosystem. In this way, CTKT promotes and intensifies strategic collaborations between the two partners and thus enables faster generation of innovations.
